Privacy Policy

Who We Are

PPLE Labs, Inc. is a California S-Corp based in Arizona. We provide technology solutions including web development, search engine optimization, voice over IP systems, business process automation, digital marketing, and government contracting AI software. Our website address is: https://pplelabs.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

What Information We Collect

When you submit a proposal request, inquiry, or consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any other information you choose to provide. When you sign a contract or accept a proposal through our platform, we record your legal name, business address, email, and IP address at the time of signature. If you make a payment, your billing name, address, and payment details are processed securely through our third-party payment processor — we do not store your full credit card number on our systems. If you subscribe to our newsletter or marketing communications, we collect your email address and preferences.

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the pages you visit, how long you spend on each page, the referring URL, and general click patterns. We use third-party analytics tools to collect this data in aggregate form.

We may also receive information from third parties, including payment confirmations from our payment processor, referral details from clients or partners who introduce you to us, and publicly available data from government databases and business registries.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver our services — processing your proposals and contracts, building and maintaining your website or application, providing SEO, VoIP, and automation services, and communicating with you about project milestones and timelines. We use it to manage our client relationships, process payments, issue invoices, maintain financial records, and provide customer support. We analyze website traffic and usage data to improve our site and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. With your consent, we may send you updates about new services, features, or industry insights. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We may also use your information to comply with federal, state, and local laws, enforce our contracts and terms of service, protect our intellectual property and proprietary business information, protect against fraud and security threats, and respond to legal processes or government requests when required.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with trusted service providers who perform work on our behalf — payment processors for secure payment handling, hosting providers for website deployment and maintenance, analytics providers for aggregate traffic analysis, and email service providers for transactional and marketing communications. All of these providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

When we build websites, applications, or systems for you, certain data such as content, branding materials, and contact information may be deployed to hosting environments, domain registrars, or third-party platforms as necessary to complete the project. We limit this to what is required for delivery.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of any change in ownership or how your data is used. We may also disclose your information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of others, investigate fraud, or defend against legal claims.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience. Essential cookies are used for login functionality and form security — these are necessary for the site to work and cannot be disabled. We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site in aggregate, non-personally-identifiable form.

If you use the “Remember Me” option when logging in, a cookie will save your preference for up to 14 days and can be cleared by logging out. Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings — you can refuse cookies, receive alerts when one is set, or delete existing ones. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our website function.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Proposals, contracts, invoices, and payment records are retained for seven years from the date of creation, consistent with IRS and California tax record requirements. Contract signature data including name, email, IP address, and date is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus four years. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form for 26 months, then automatically deleted. Contact form submissions are kept for two years unless they result in a client relationship, in which case they are treated as client records. Email subscriptions and marketing preferences are kept until you opt out or request deletion. Files, images, and project materials you provide during a project are retained for one year after project completion unless you request earlier deletion in writing.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format. You can ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information. You can request that we delete your personal data, though we may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation to do so — such as tax and financial records, data needed to fulfill our contractual obligations, data retained for legitimate business purposes, or data necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contacting us directly at [email protected].

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days.

Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption on all pages of our website, secure payment processing through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers, access controls that limit client and project data to authorized personnel only, DMARC enforcement on our email domain to prevent spoofing and phishing, and regular monitoring of website security and performance. While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

PPLE Labs uses AI-powered tools as part of our service delivery and internal operations, including AI-assisted content generation, automated proposal and contract workflows, and analytics and reporting tools that process data automatically. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human oversight and your explicit consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising under this privacy policy shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event.
